About This Course
At Sedbergh International Summer School they strive to give your child the best experience possible. The project based curriculum provides a minimum of 15 hours of English tuition each week and is delivered by experienced, enthusiastic native level speakers, dedicated to providing pupils with engaging, fun and interesting lessons. Active Communication is encouraged throughout the course and language skills continue to develop as our pupils take part in a wide and varied range of excursions and activities. Speaking, listening and reading skills are continually assessed and improved alongside their general comprehension and understanding of English grammar.
The Multi-Activities programme makes the most of our idyllic surroundings and provides the perfect opportunity to have fun with new friends. Led by our dedicated activity staff, pupils experience a range of our most popular activities; from baking to bushcraft, fencing and football to tag-archery and tennis, pupils make the most of our outstanding facilities alongside 2 full day excursions each week.
