About This Course
Our Career Pathways are premium two-week academic summer programmes for students aged 14-17, combining high-impact education with unforgettable experiences in the heart of London, at our iconic Westminster location on Westminster Bridge, directly opposite the Houses of Parliament. Hosted by DLD College London, students study in a modern and inspiring campus environment with outstanding facilities and accommodation.
These academically rich and experience-filled summer programmes give students the opportunity to explore their future with purpose, ambition and excitement. Students choose from four career-focused pathways: Get Ready for Medicine, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or our innovative Future Gen Study programme - a dynamic combination of academic skills such as essay writing, presentations, critical thinking, global awareness, and the confident use of AI tools in a fast-changing world.

Students stay in modern single en-suite rooms, giving them space to recharge while building friendships and connections with young people from around the world. Networking begins from the very first day.

- Intensive and highly structured programme with up to 40 hours of learning per week
- Small groups (maximum 10 students) with a personalised academic approach
- Academic skills development: essay writing, presentations, communication, and critical thinking
- Hands-on workshops, expert-led sessions, and real-world project work
- University visits and company, brand, and pathway-related visits
- Guest speakers and professional exposure connected to future careers
- Personal academic and university application guidance, including interview and personal statement preparation
- Learning in central London with academic and cultural exploration across the city
- International networking with ambitious students from around the world
- All four programmes are CPD-certified and include our Be a Leader programme, also leading to a CPD qualification — students receive two CPD certificates, ideal for university portfolios and future applications
- The Day Programme offers a rich and fully structured experience until the end of the day. Afternoons include project work, leadership sessions, guest speakers, career pathway-related visits, and academic exploration of London’s iconic landmarks.
- Evenings feature an exciting social programme including Thames boat rides, a cable car experience, a West End musical, photography night, and many other activities.
- Students choosing the boarding option also enjoy full-day weekend excursions to destinations such as Cambridge, Oxford, Brighton, Windsor, and amusement parks (depending on the week).
