About This Course
Bath Academy's well-established Junior Summer School is the clear choice for teenagers who want to study English in a beautiful historic city, full of culture, and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Bath is also one of the safest cities in the UK, and a vibrant university town brimming with plenty of sporting and entertainment options.
Students are offered a variety of excursions around the beautiful south-west of England. Bath Academy offers fantastic residential accommodation; the boarding house for groups and individuals (limited numbers), as well as homestay options. Residential accommodation is also available at the University of Bath, the YMCA, and Serviced Apartments. All locations are located a short distance from the Academy.
The school welcomes students from around the world, including both individuals and groups. There are a maximum of 13 students per class, and all teachers are fully qualified English Language teaching professionals, vetted according to British Council and UK standards.
In the afternoons students choose between a wide range of afternoon activities or can attend more English Language lessons. Bath Academy Junior Summer School only accepts smaller groups and individuals which creates a wide mix of nationalities where the emphasis is on education, making friendships, and fun!
